Conclusions ten years' and the most detailed during the last years researches of scientists of National institute of studying of cancer diseases of the USA are unfavourable: risks of people are more senior 50 years at the daily use of red meat in the big doses (more than 100 grammes a day) lead to heart attacks and the raised risks of oncological diseases, especially a cancer of a thick gut. On results of research has informed yesterday The Washington Post, and the full report is published in Archives of Internal Medicine. As project head Rashmi Sinha has declared on presentation of research, all so-called red meat (beef, mutton, pork) and products of its processing is harmful: sausages, hamburgers, sausages and other habitual meat products. Scientists suggest to replace red meat with bird and fish who do not put harm to an organism, and, according to the researcher, «even prolong a life a little». Thus scientists do not insist on a complete elimination of meat from a diet but only suggest to eat it as seldom as possible. Within 10 years researchers watched a state of health of 500 thousand men and women in group from 50 to 71 years, estimating their diet. At the daily use more than 100 grammes of red meat or products from it at men on 22 % increased risk to be ill with a cancer and on 27 % the risk of occurrence of a heart attack increased. At the women using red meat in considerable quantities, on 20 % possibility of occurrence of cancer diseases increases and the probability increases by 50 % kardioriscs. Besides, at fans of meat food the raised blood pressure and high level of cholesterol that in itself was always fixed by dangerously cardiovascular illnesses. «If the person eats meat twice a day it is better to it to reduce the use to an once, - the participant of research the professor of Harward Uolter Villet has told on presentation. - If uses two-three times a week it is necessary to reduce to an once in a week. In the best position there will be the one who completely can replace red meat with fowl or fish ». Scientists believe that reduction of the use of red meat would give the chance to reduce a livestock of cattle and to achieve improvement of ecology and even reduction of hotbed emissions. The deputy director on scientific work of scientific research institute of a food of the Russian Academy of Medical Science, the corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Medical Science professor Minkail Gapparov has told to the correspondent of" the Newspaper »that is not inclined to overestimate results of research as consumption of red meat for many nationalities is traditional and much depends on a way of slaughter of an animal and a way of preparation of meat dishes.« All business in measure observance at consumption of meat products, especially at mature age », - was noted by him.
